This training program was initially created to motivate my little sister, Jaclyn. She was 30 years old, a single mom to my adorable 3 year old nephew and she was a full time social worker trying to pay her mortgage along with every day expenses. I then started to share tips form this book to my friends who had expressed the same concerns as my sister. They were hard working moms, trying to balance work and home life, letting their own needs sit on the back burner. They wanted to find a way to love and be happy with their body again.
They have taken my advice and made changes in their life for the better. From fitting back into their jeans before the baby was born, to improving their strength doing push ups on their toes and un- assisted chin ups at the park with their kids, to simply feeling happier and more confident. They’ve risen up from daily stress. They found their own voice in life again. With my guidance they’ve achieved every goal they have written down!
