Metafit is a fun outdoor group training session. It is a 30min HIIT workout using body weight only. The workout is designed to fire up your metabolism which means you BURN FAT for the following 24 HOURS after a session! You can burn up to 500calories from doing 1 session!
Metafit boosts your metabolism, preserves/increases muscle, increases fitness and burns fat. Each session starts off with a mobility warm up, a functional 3D workout, a combination of strength, and core exercises. There are built in varying work to rest time ratios and time at the end for stretching.
Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout that is non choreographed. You work to your own ability as exercise can be progressed and regressed easily for people just starting out to those who are more experienced. Metafit has been around for over 10 years but only recently made its way to Australia. It is effective, time efficient and works out the entire body.
